Would I need to shell out the extra cash for NPP when buying the car if I plan on purchasing an aftermarket NPP system like SW? I don't want to have to spend the money on NPP if I plan on going after market after a few months. What about if I wanted to get a quad tip exhaust, would I not be able to if I go with the standard exhaust at purchase because of the rear diffuser?

If you want your aftermarket system to have factory valve control like an NPP then yes, you'll have to order that from the start. There are ways around this though with remote Valve actuators etc. and you will have to buy a dual exit valence...Which adds $300+ paint to the equation
Keep in mind, most aftermarket NPP systems DO NOT include the valves (just the valve mounts) and they (the valves) are expensive.. Buy the NPP, you may find it's all you need...

I've heard the NPP in person and it sounds great, but I have always been in love with the SW exhausts for the 5th gen, they sound like pure sex to me. I was also considering the borla npp option. I know I will definitely be sticking with the NPP for probably a year before I change it out especially since I think now I need to have it from the start haha
