MRC jump

So, on my second week of daily driving the convertible I am noticing that when you switch the mode from Touring to Sport or Sport to Track that car jumps up. Particularily a big jump when traveling on the highway. Like you had a hyrdraulic lift on the front and back at the same time. Feels like you went over a speed bump - but didn't. It is repeatable and not subtle. Does anyone else with the MRC notice this? Normal or trip to the service department? Thanks.

Only time I have ever noticed something like this is if you switch modes with cruise set. So I don't do it unless it's off now. Other then that seems like smooth transactions to me.

It seems no one else has had this experience... Anyhow, I did take it in for service on it. Went for a ride with a service tech. It did the "hop", but sitting in the passenger seat, it didn't seem as big a deal. The service tech said it seemed normal given what the shocks are doing when you abruptly charge the magnetic particles by moving the switch to a stiffer setting. I wanted to have it checked to be sure nothing was being harmed. No issue found.
