Quick question to those who already have the verts -- did the car come with the wind screen or not? I'm a bit confused on that...

Picked up my car a week ago last Saturday. On the day we picked it up I noticed a squeak from inside the back of the car, drivers side. Pointed it out to service dept. We all heard it. Decided to wait until on got the car home and bring to local dealer under warrantee. I was just wondering if anybody else had this same problem so I could give the service dept. a heads up as to what to look for. Also, found that the passenger side door will not open from the outside. Door does not seam to unlock. Something else to look for when you pick your car up.

My gen 5 had top squeaks over bumps after a couple years. Had to put Vaseline on the rubber bump stops. It was part of a TSB. Just a suggestion.

What do you see when its not awake?

On my phone I dont even have the option of connecting to onstar anymore and on the computer it says:

Your vehicle's service is pending.
Push your blue button to complete your service activation.

Is this what you see? I swore this isn't want I use to see.

Waking up seems good... make sure you "refresh" the locate a few times from within the app. I found it was defaulting to the last location, but when I refreshed a few times suddenly it was on the move. Not to get your hopes up, but worth trying!

If you go to map function, and push car icon, it would search for a while and say "vehicle locator failed" which is asleep. Now it shows me in the same spot I was before. Maybe moved a little.

Yeah thats what I was getting, now when i click the onstar icon on my phone I get "Unable to retrieve account details" and two buttons "Try Later" or "Retry"
