Sunshields

Anyone bought one for their car yet? I've always gone with Covercraft. Any other brands to look for?

This has been discussed a few times already. A quick search yields these threads:

Although 60 dollars is a tough pill to swallow, I think I will bite the bullet and go with Covercraft. They seem to make a quality product.

I've had Covercraft on a few vehicles and they are great.

Part # for silver to fit an LT/SS is: UV11439SV

The last two letters designate the color:
SV- Silver
BL-Blue Metallic
GD-Gold
GN-Green Ice
RO-Rose

I went to their website and ordered one. It was about 65 dollars.

Well worth it! Did you get the pouch case too?

Oh I know they're worth it. No pouch, I just stand it up in the rear passenger footwell.

I am a big fan of Eclipse Sun Shades. (http://www.eclipsesunshades.net) They do not have to be folded up and put in the back seat. They open up accordion style and snap back when you want to drive. I will take pictures of it on my Camaro if the sun decides to come back out in Central Texas.

Those Eclipse sunshades seem pretty neat, but do they annoy you always being there? My vehicles stay in the garage at home, but ya in east texas that heat can be killer in the summer.
