I called Firestone. They said they take used blinker fluid but suggested a professional do it. There may be some other work that needs done.

You mentioned that a lot of people don't use their blinkers or they just don't see you.....I have a solution for that !! "If they can't see you.....maybe they will HEAR YOU!!"
