MRC v non
Are there any side by side comparisons of the camaro with and without MRC at a track?
Something that shows what the MRC nets you? |

No one that I know of has done this yet. I am not sure it will make much of a difference on the track stock vs stock. MRC is more for street driving. Get a softer road for touring and stiffens up for aggressive driving. Remember this is just the dampers. Nothing to do with the springs and sway bars. The reason why people say to get regular suspension if your going to track your car is for future upgrades for lowering and changing spring rates.

This one here is a non MRC car: http://www.motortrend.com/news/2016-...rd-mustang-gt/ This one here is MRC: http://www.motortrend.com/news/compa...let-camaro-ss/ No direct track comparison but both had similar skip pad, figure eight and braking (suspension does impact braking to a degree). Also not same day/weather but here it is for what is worth... mrc - 1.01g lat acceleration, 24.1 sec (0.83g avg) fig 8, 102 ft braking non mrc - 1.00g lat acceleration, 24.1 sec (0.85 avg) fig 8, 104 ft braking |

Because this is an optional system, and not standard like the 1LE and ZL1, both amounts of "better" are more in reference to feel than dramatic numbers. |

Wirh MRC
I Wonder what route aftermarket vendors will take toward it. Since the car does allow you different settings. Some of us do not mind having a track set up for a DD/ weekend warrior. Others do. Over all, is a great choice to have. Has anyone done any testing ? |
