Wow the commercial sales manager actually responded quick!! He didn't technically answer my question, but still I'm surprised lol
 Becky, any reason why the "commercial sales team" is assigned to my deal? When I originally spoke to the "internet sales guy" he kept telling me to come in to get my trade looked at, but as a repeat client I pleaded to have them come to me because I couldn't afford to waste any time (I'm a busy man Iol!). He passed my info to someone else "commercial acct manager", He came to my job & picked up my pre-trade after agreeing to trade in price over the phone, (I sent him pics first lol) then we did the ordering over email/fax, including my deposit.. So they have made everything (so far) very easy.. All because I live 1 hr away & I'm a repeat client... I don't mind going to them to pick the car up, because I plan to do financing with them.. I like to do that stuff in person lol, but we haven't discussed further yet.. I have not signed any paper work! (Other than order sheet & deposit)... They are holding the equity amount of my pre-trade also. $2890 + $1k deposit = $3890. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
