It would be in general>software update on your phone.
I installed 9.3 today and it fixed many of the little carplay annoyances I had.

What issues were you guys having? I'm still on 9.0.2 because the newer versions don't have a jailbreak out yet.. works fine on my dad's '16 Accord with CarPlay..

My issues mainly had to do with having to restart my phone often to get sound, resume issues with songs if you turn the car off and then back on.
