I have a 2ss and sometimes when I back my car into a spot and turn the wheel there is like a loud vibrating noise that I believe is coming from the back of the car. It's kind of hard to describe. It also happens when I'm turning the wheel at different times but not all the time. Any clues as to what this is?

Many threads on this. Take your car in to have your rear differential serviced. Make sure They put in the right fluid. Tell them to check their Service bulletins.
