Nope, but she did say the A8 shifted faster and outperformed the Porsche PDK dual clutch trans. That tells me all I need to know.

She said that because that's exactly what Chevy says. Ask Al O., and he'll tell you the exact same thing. She only knows what they tell her to say, she's not a car nerd. I doubt that she even knows what a PDK dual clutch transmission is.

Why is this such a source of butt hurt that they hired a model to do something? Why aren't you guys griping about Chevy hiring someone like her rather than directly commenting about her? Would you rather have one of us ugly, bearded, keyboard-warriors doing this announcement at the auto show? No. Why? Because we're ugly, bearded, keyboard-warriors. I'm sure that this woman has a life, unlike us. So, she doesn't care about learning every minute detail about a $45,000 Chevy.

Still, odd she would get the horsepower number wrong...that is a big thing. Maybe GM is going to bump it to 460 since the NPP is standard?

To my surprise, the wider tires on the 1LE are actually a little shorter in diameter than the standard SS tires (27.5 for the SS 275's, 27.2 for the SS 1LE 305's). Will the speedometer require a special flash in the factory to make up for that? It's not gps based speed is it?
