It is looking like the NPP rattle issue effects about 40% of us.

I haven't had any rattles in the 500+ miles ive been driving mine, but I'm not gonna vote on the poll yet, just in case... fingers crossed it doesn't happen to me

I got my car back today and it's rattle free. Hopefully it stays that way. They disassembled the valve assembly on both sides and used a specific epoxy to reattach a small piece on the pin. I guess that piece can shake and cause the rattle. This is on the updated green dot system. The engineer that came out has put together a preliminary TSB on it but I believe it is not up yet

Nothing I have noticed so far, mine has 1200 miles and is a Nov 15th build. I switch between tour and sport almost every time I drive it too. Try to keep it quieter in the neighborhood and in the work parking structure.
