Well from what I understand and what today's typing lingo all caps means your yelling. From the way everything has been with this situation and the last vehicle , very unprofessional

Sheesh. At least I am 99% confident (and I hope I never have to put this to the test) that my dealer would have my back if the car just crapped out on me or had some unacceptable flaw.

So sorry for your experiences guys.

How old is this person? I hate to stereotype...but is it possible it was a mistake? I've sent the odd message to my boss before in all caps by accident when I was in a hurry.

No reason to read in to it too much; mistakes happen, she may have been busy.

Yeah plus what an odd thing to "yell". Had they said FU then it would make more sense.

Those s.o.b.'s! They clearly said "ill" not "I'll." This is essentially like saying "cool, pass it on" in street lingo, which makes no sense. They must have been high or something.

Not reading into anything, this is coming from management you don't address someone in that manner, at least not where I come from and the morals I was raised with. This is my 2nd vehicle I've had to deal with this person . I wouldn't post something that I didn't think is true . I really don't think I need to explain the other reasons that are wrong with that text response. If you don't see it then, my question is where are your manners/morals . I don't talk to people in a professional manner that way even with no caps!!!!!!!!. If it was a long time friend, I would be wondering why he/she was rude . Soooo not reading into anything it is what it is. Not A professional response from a person in a service management position .

Thank you , that's all we are asking for nothing less/more . Just what everyone else that buys a car of this Level expects and wants , a proper paint job

It's a shame that the car is blamed for this mess when it is a very poorly managed assembly and QC program that sucks. I had heard of issues with poor final paint application from others on this forum who posted fairly emphatically about the areas of the car that were most apt to show evidence of the problem. On delivery of my car, I asked the dealership to clean the car and arranged acceptance of the vehicle in broad daylight in the morning. I went over the car from top to bottom, side to side and front to back looking for any evidence of poor paint or any indication of poor assembly. My car was perfect...maybe the best assembly I've ever experienced in over 70 car purchases.

I know the human being is imperfect and unfortunately most of the people who build and inspect these vehicles probably don't own a product manufactured in their plant, so they may not care.

The OP should see an attorney and name the dealership that doesn't care about the customer so no one else has similar care less issues from that dealership. I am truly sorry this has happened to a consumer from a multi-billion dollar company that could have made this right, day one. I'm crossing my fingers that they get you a replacement quickly and you're eventually happy with your purchase. I am.

My friend, with all due respect - I think you're seeing something that isn't there. Mistypes happen all the time - that's why people get into internet arguments and offended by text messages that were read wrong.

Perhaps you're right, and she just yelled "I'LL PASS IT ON"......but my inclination is to not assume that...

Going to have to agree with you on this one. I can't begin to see how this could be considered unprofessional. Yes, if one were to write a 1,000 word email in all caps it would be considered juvenile and unprofessional. But a 4 word reply....that's called a case of oversight IMO. But again, that's just IMO.
