I live in Maryland and own a Camaro. Have not seen a single '16 Camaro on the road besides mine. The front looks pretty much the same on the '15 and '16 Camaros, with the exception of the optional HID headlights and LED DRLs on the '16s

I just picked mine up last night but yes I agree I haven't a single 6th gen on the roads. Not sure why. I thought they were selling like pancakes lol

I picked mine up three weeks ago, I had thought the same thing as well. It is most likely Mustangs that are selling like pancakes. You would think they'd sell like pancakes because they have a lower starting price than both the SS and Corvette, and the SS will soon be discontinued. Even when I traveled up through Baltimore and Harford counties, haven't seen a single one. It seems to me, not because I own one, but it seems more rare than an Infiniti Q50, but my uncle owns one. All the Camaros I see on the road are fifth gens, haven't seen a single other generation other than very few fourth gens.

Yea Q50s are pretty rare. I know this guy in CT who owns 2. One for himself and the other for his wife. just absurd! those things are monstrous.

but yea mustang sightings are daily. and most likely because of the lower price. I think we'll start seeing more 6th gens closer to summer, I'm sure a lot of people are holding back because of the weather. I was going to hold off until August or even till the 17MY but I received a pretty good offer from this other company I was waiting to hear back from. So I had to get a car before I started since my only other car was my company car, which I turned in last Friday, and my wife's car which she's going to need starting on the 8th. so I decided to buy now, maybe I should have waited, maybe not. but then I would have had to buy a beater for a couple grand.

but man it's so much fun to drive! are you following the break-in procedure per the manual? i've read so many contradicting things that I'm not even sure if this "break-in" period is even real. Is just hype? scapegoat for automakers?

I'm in Germantown btw. We should meet. Our cars are almost identical. except the black bowties. Which I will be ordering soon lol

they aren't that identical, just saw you have those split 5 spoke wheels that I so badly want! lol

I would think more 6th gen Camaros will be seen probably by end of May, early June. I bought my car three weeks ago. The snow here is tremendous. School's been canceled for weeks, even tomorrow, FCPS is very close to using all their snow days, otherwise they'll have to add onto the year. My mom currently owns an '03 Tahoe LS with rear wheel drive, my cousin, my uncle and I are looking at ninth gen Chevrolet Malibus for her (she has no idea).

My Camaro 2SS has a manual, and I learned to drive with an automatic. So my uncle had to get a dealer to make me test drive a Civic Si, which comes exclusively with a manual transmission, for me to learn how to drive one.

About the Q50, the Red Sport 400 will be insane! A 3.0L twin turbo V6, 400 horsepower! That is more than the VQ37 V6 in the Infiniti Q70. There is another 3.0L twin turbo that has 300 horsepower in the other Q50s, but in the Red Sport 400, it is specifically tuned yo make 400 horsepower.

I have the jet black leather interior, a sunroof the black bowtie badges and the split 20" 5 spoke wheels. I saw somewhere on the forum that there is a waiting list of orders for people who want the 20" wheels and that it is faking over a month to get their car. Apparently, Chevrolet is in a shortage of them. I was able to get mine because I was the first on the waiting list, don't know how that happened though.

I haven't been to any since getting my car but back when I lived in baltimore I would go to the one in hunt valley. I'm not sure of more DC area ones.
