Names of dealers that wont fix our cars.

I think it may be time to list the bad dealers that lied to you or refused to fix your cars after you spent all that money for your new Camaro, this may help in a number of ways.

1: it may shame the dealer and get them off there A** and do there work.
2: it will help members not waste their time taking it to that dealer.
3: and i hope this one does the most good, GM will have one place to look for their bad dealers, I know they cant get involved, but they can keep an eye on them from this thread.

The only problem with a thread like this is we don't get both sides of the story, and there are owners that are just as screwed up as the dealers.....

Your right, but we all know some do deserve this, and as all ways its up to you to make the call.

A dealer cannot refuse work that falls under the manufactures warranty. If they do, they are in breach of warranty and can be held liable in a court of law.

No but they can pass the buck to another dealership that wants nothing to do with the issues on the car. Ask us how we know.

Trust me I know. Went through it with my first 2012 Vert that GM bought back. But if the dealership you want to go to refuses to fix your car, you can take them to court over it.

Or how about a post about the dealers who do the right thing? Anyone in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, take and buy your cars at Cox. Years of satisfied service and never had a complaint.

Smithtown Chevy on long island ny can go scratch. I bought my car due to a decent deal, but service is horrible. Will be going elsewhere.
