Urgent question! Wheels have been ordered but I can change some specs still.

to the guys with 20x11 +43 wheels in the rear. Do you think going with a +40 offset is viable? It's hard to tell from the pictures I've seen. But going +40 seems to add 18mm of poke compared to stock which is the same as the front in the 20x9.5 +19 I'm going with.

Chiming in here. not a 20x11 owner.

43 offset can cause rubbing issues as it is inside the fender (wire harness) - reducing it more will only compound the problem. (tire choice is important)

I believe there is a bit more space to move them out, hence the further 'poke' to line up with the fender.

Now to make you second guess some more. You could get the 40 offset and if it didn;t work you could throw on a 3mm spacer

I would trust the guys that did all the measurements to ensure exact fit.

40mm would actually poke it out further, so it would fix the issue of moving the wiring. I ended up staying with the +43 though. Probably better if I do end up putting some form of lowering springs on the car when they're available for MRC (and function properly).
