THE GREY
Starting my build log for my car, nicknamed THE GREY.
I ordered a 1SS, Nightfall Grey Metalic, A8 trans, MRC, NPP Exhaust, Black Bow Ties, and the Bright Silver Split Spoke Wheels. Interior color is black. Car is supposed to be here at the end of January. I'm guessing that may be wishful thinking due to the holiday plant closure. First thing I'm going to do when I get the car home from the dealer is do a full application of Pinnacle Black Diamond Elite. My car will be kept outside so I want to do this first to protect the paint from the elements. First round mods will be limited to the GM CAI and recalibration once it's released, some black SS badges, the accessory grill, and a few engine dress up items. I'm also going to replace the stock SS rear spoiler with either the RS or accessory blade spoiler. I'd love to get the front splitter but I think that would last maybe two trips up my driveway before it was ripped off. Next up would be a lowering kit for the MRC, preferably the GM kit once it's available, then wheels and tires. Not going to do much in power mods until the warranty is expired but ultimately I'd like to go FI with a Procharger kit. The C7 kit makes about 650hp at only 7lbs of boost so I'd expect similar results on the SS. One the car is delivered I'll update this thread with pics.

Got an order number now, TCMZFR, status 2000. Now the long wait begins.

Got a call from my dealer today, car is in, picking it up tomorrow.
 Just ordered the Range AFM Device, Vitesse Throttle Controller, and an OBDIII cord with a switch. Already have a catch can and Pinnacle Black Label Diamond ready to go. Now all I need is warmer weather so I can do my detail and parts install. Pics of the car coming tomorrow.

Car is here!!! It's absolutely amazing!!! I looked this car over with a fine tooth comb before taking delivery and the fit and finish is perfect. Much better than my 2009 Z06. No paint issues at all, no rattles, and the interior panel figment is good. This weekend the paint sealant goes on and my catch can gets installed. Can't wait!!! More pics to come after the full detail.
