What dealership is this? I live in middle tn. I can't imagine it being the one I bought from but I am just curious. You can pm me if you don't want to blast them on this thread.

It's lucas in columbia. I'm gonna be on the phone with GM tomorrow. They have parts on order but after this last trip there I will not let them touch this car again. Besides, the new parts will probably be broke just like the last new parts were.

Oh ok. Not familiar with them. Sorry to hear man. I bought mine at Murfreesboro Chevrolet and so far they have been great even when I brought it in for a paint issue which they fixed.

I tried to buy there but they insulted me on my trade. The most they offered me for my 2011 silverado extended cab z71 ltz with 70,000 miles was $12000. When I looked at challengers I was offered $21000 and lucas gave me $20000.

I own a 2010 Camaro 2ss. Had no issues what so ever. Mine was built at a plant they had used before quite a bit. My guess is the fact they moved to a new plant and this is a first model year that you will have more issues.
I switched gears and got the Challenger Scat Pack with shakerhood. 6.4 hemi is amazing. Check out the B5Blue. You will love it. |

This is GM stuff.GM is a great engineering and design company but they put incredible pressure on their parts suppliers to build things on the cheap. The consumer is the one who has to deal with it. My '84 HOZ28 was n the shop 17 times in 11 months. Dealer bought it back. I would escalate this, but some of your items are very minor. The misfire and seat heater, seat back issue would drive me nuts though.
GM has never shown the ability to build a very high quality car in the way the Germans and Japanese have. I have had an almost flawless experience with a 2011 CTS and 2014 SRX though. But they are base, no option cars. My 5 Camaros had tons of build quality issues but were durable. Got 206 k miles out of the 87 iroc. |

I actually found my Nissan 350Z to have the cheapest interior of any car I have owned it would scratch from black right to white primer just closing a door if your finger nail touched it door handles/middle console/ interior handles! gauges cracking just from light cleaning.
Honestly I'm a perfectionist I only wax my own cars and clean them I don't trust anyone else and I have to say Japanese is no better then gm and yes I cut my nails!! Look it up! There bad for it! German I don't know but I do have 2 friends with bmw 335i one coupe and one sedan though the paint/ interior holds up good turbo failure both turbos under 80k on the coupe sedan is a electrical nightmare. Under 100k But I like all these cars despite there problems new or used its all the luck of the draw most of the time.

My wifes 2014 loaded ltz Impala has been completely trouble free for 3 years now. My 2013 SS camaro was completely trouble free for the 3 years I owned it. My friends 2013 Traverse has been completely trouble free the last 3 years. See where I am going?? I think where chevrolet dropped the ball with the 16 Camaro was they rushed release. They will get the issues fixed, but they really should have had a spring release as a 17 model.

I've had issues with a new Tahoe, 2015, it has 3 bad injectors, the blind spot montoring, nav, and car would slip into neutral randomly, all because it was a new design and they needed kinks to work out. I had to go to the dealership 4 times, but I was nice and calm. They fixed the issues with updates and changed the injectors. My 86 trans am that has been in my family for 30 years, had problems from the factory with the shitty iroc engine. Still has the same problems to this day. Gotta be patient. Keep calm and if the dealership wants to be resistant, just contact GM, if they want to deny you as well, pull up the lemon law statues. I won a case against gm by using the law and I did it on my own. Had them do a 24 year old recall on my trans am. DO NOT LOSE YOUR COOL
