My dealer had an allocation right before all the constraints came on. Now that they are off, assuming they didn't use that allocation elsewhere, should they still have it. In other words, if I'm a dealer with 5 allocations, and I don't use any for a month, do I still have allocations, or are they given and taken away every week?

No....it is week by week...
There aren't carry overs.....

I realize the manual just came off constraint and chances are very slim, and I was trying to wait until tomorrow or Monday to ask, but I just can't stand the thought of it moving and me not know about it.
