4B00 Status

Once the ...anxiety - of waiting for Camaro to be built..
..the ...Frustration - of waiting for shipping sets in.....
and ...sometimes that's the worst part...

The shipping requires alot of planning, logistics and needs
availability of transport.
The auto business for all manufactures is over 17M a year...
and each manufacturer is looking to transport quickly.
There are other manufacturers, of other products, that are serviced
by the rail industry too. The competition for trains is difficult.
When shipping vehicles ..they are loaded in quantity - going in the same
general direction..

Even though I am only 90 mile from the plant...
available truck transport can be challenging too.

... though it seems like a long time already...
it is going to move soon.....

The wait is killing me when I ordered my 2012 Camaro I was driving the car 10 days after it was built. This time shipping is taking a lot longer. I feel bad for the guy who has been waiting 10 days longer than I have to board a train. Hopefully the car gets here by the end of the month as I just got a Private Offer pop up that expires at the end of February.
