Becky how and when is it decided which 47 cars will get this week's RPO 56S wheels ? Does the dealer know if they get 1 or more of the constraints when you get allocations on Thursdays.

...Yes..it is allocated
and would be known on Thursday,
when allocation numbers are available for each dealer.

I had 17 Coupe & 4 Convertible Allocated...
...Now 1 Coupe left.

Hi Becky!

Can you clear this allocation/constraint up for me?

The way I take it is that you order say 7 Camaro's. The plant receives
say, 50 sets of wheels to fill the order across US. is it a luck of the draw that you get those orders filled?

OR

you place just 7 orders of Camaros, and only say 3 can be approved or "allocated" a week. Depending on what wheels come in for GM?

2) Thursdays, is the days for approving allocations for all dealerships? or dealership to dealership?

Hi Becky, do you happen to know what's going on with the ground effects package? It's still there on the Accessories site, but 2 dealers now have told me that it's not available. The site will let you order it but the dealer's won't.

I would be lying if I hadn't considered getting the exact car I ordered in a Convertible, but in a Coupe that's a few miles from my house. The way I look at it though, got 5 months of payments left on my Cayman S so every month it takes for the Camaro to get in, is one less I have an extra car payment.

Example:
Vehicles are allocated weekly.
Wheels - (constraint items) - are allocated weekly

Meaning...Dealer knows how many Vehicles
and whether or not wheels (constraint items) are allocated.

Orders Cycles are from Thursday - Tuesday.
