Anyone else seeing any movement on their car? According to OnStar tracking, mine has been sitting in a lot next to the Lansing Plant since Weds/Thurs last week.
However, when I spoke to my dealer last Friday he said "Oh yea, it will be in next week". Somehow I doubt that lol |

Im tracking mine via phone app, and family base, seems family base had my car stuck in toldo but my phone app was right on showing my car in IN. i have to press locate button 7 times on family link to get it to work

Not sure when it happened, but some time between last Tuesday and today I went from 3800 to 4B00. And it's going to Becky, so no train.

I think I might be in quality control hold/hell. My car has been at 4B00 since my car was built on 01/20/2016. Anybody else in our group been in 4B00 status for at least a week like me? My dealer told me the car has a delivery date or estimated date of 02/14 but I don't think they have a clue. For that to happen it has to get loaded on a train and depart by the weekend to make that 2/14 date.

No family link required, I dont sugust paying the extra money a month, family link can only be accessed by computer, and If i track on family link it tracks my car in Toledo rail yard. If I track it with my app it shows exact location being in Hammond IN. and the app shows up to date movement every time refreshed. the app will allow you to start, unlock doors, lock doors, show fuel tire pressure everything. I am cancelling my Family link due to its false location, I have contact onstar and they said if the vehicle is not started at least every 48 hours that it only gives you the last location, The app works great without starting your vehicle, However after 10 days of vehicle not being started, the App and onstar can not access the vehicle cause the vehicle goes into sleep mode.
My Highly recommendations: Get Onstar, your dealer can activate it through their onstar dealer website, After they activate it go to the website and finish the registration and BOOM you can do all kinds of stuff from you phone, check my 1/4 post i have posted pictures of the app. I have used the app for the last three Camaros and love it, The good thing about family link is you can set up alerts and it will text you the location (not Accurate most of the time) to you phone whenever you want it, I have mine to text me hourly the location. If you need help PM me I will send you my Cell phone number and help you with the whole process, |
