Question Can someone summarize the different "modes" in the Camaro?

I've seen 3 different modes (Touring, Sport, Track) mentioned, and I've seen those mentioned in different places (steering, exhaust, MRC).

Can someone explain (in layman's terms) the difference of each mode within each of these areas? This is all new to me. I don't remember my 2010 SS having anything like that.

That would be helpful if I had a car already...

But really I'm just looking for a quick explanation, like a few words each describing what they mean. "Better [this]" or "tighter [that]" etc. Nothing in-depth. I just want a very general idea.

So, the mode switch adjusts:

Electronic throttle progression
Automatic trans. shift map
Automatic trans. Performance Algorithm
Engine sound management (if equipped with dual-mode exhaust)
Electric power steering calibration
StabiliTrak® — Competitive Driving and Launch Control
Magnetic Ride Control™ calibration (if equipped)
Ambient lighting (if equipped)

And it is customizable

I googled "2016 Camaro Owners Manual" the first link was the PDF of the real manual. Here are the pages from that link:

Touring----the car feels loose
Sport----this is where you want to be
Track-----the steering wheel feels too heavy for street "that's why is called track mode"

You can adjust the steering in the settings. So that in Track mode the steering will react like it does in Sport mode. What is everything that can be changed?

The OP is asking what are the exact details for each (Steering, MRC, NPP)

Each can be changed in the main settings as the manual says. You can have the same steering for all the modes (Not sure if anyone wants this) but it can be done.

I like "slick out". FWIW, I used "slick out" mode last Wednesday driving home during Snowmagedden 2016. I like how it dulls the gas pedal. She only kicked loose once.

This is almost exactly what I was asking for.

Thank you
