Here's A Story: Since Owning My Car

So, I'm driving over to see my parents, they live in a nearby city, probably 10 miles away from where I am. I pull into their development and this kid, maybe 10 years old is riding his bike, sees my hyper blue 2LT and his jaw drops and he's like WOW! what a cool car! He than proceeds to follow me on his bike thru my parents development until I reach their condo unit. I get out of my car and there he is waiting. He asks me is that the new Camaro? I said, why yes it is........I proceeded to have a 15 minute conversation with him.

Awesome story! My 8 year old son is in awe over my car, it is awesome! Something that will be a part of him as he grows up.

I got a nice thumbs up from a guy in a new Silverado the other day by my house, dude had a smile from ear to ear when he saw me come by. Gave him a thumbs up back...good stuff!

I remember when I got my 2010 SS and people would go crazy when they saw the car. Waving from the street corners, taking pictures, thumbs up, and horn honking. It was a fantastic feeling, enjoy it!!

Just today, I'm on my way to work:
I'm sitting at a red light and all of a sudden I hear a horn going off. I turn to my left and there is some guy sitting in a Ford truck seeing my car and giving me a thumbs up.

I'm having the time of my life in this car. AND it's only been 1 (one) month since I took ownership.

I was just waiting for the plot twist where this turned into a car jacking story. When an adult approaches me and doesn't even know what model car it is, I keep the conversation as short as possible, but when it comes to kids, you need to be patient with them and reward their sense of interest. That prevents them from growing into nimrods who go around saying, "Nice mustang, bro."
