Don't do that. For any reason.

Not sure if Lojack is in your area. It has a neat feature that sends an instant automated call and/or text to your phone anytime the engine is started or the car has moved if the lojack keyfob is not present. It's more of a car recovery system. But if you respond to the phone call or text message fast enough, you could shoot them. But I don't think Kalifornia has much of the 2nd Amendment left.

That bullet may cost $0.13 , but the chimicals also cost money and all that $hit to clean the mess left behind will surely add up to a pretty penny !
But I'm with you !!!
Oh , and what will cost to all the tax payers , to have all those lawyers on the unemployment line , huh ? More that we want to admit , and if you add their default on the student loans !? Oh boy .

Sucks..youve been targeted. Should invest in some security device; cameras and such.

You could parke your car outside in front of your home, in the drive way(they feel more hidden than in the streets), park your Z in the garage hidden and turn off every light.

Do it on a weekend, and wait all night for them. When they come close, either you call the cops or just come outside and fire shotgun rounds in the air. Remove your car battery too. Do it with friends as a challenge.

Christmas time is the worst time of the year to get robbed, especially during the day, but that is for home invasion. To steal a car, its going to be in the dark.

If we're talking ammo, my choice would be the one on the right:

I was being sarcastic with the .13 cents for a bullet. It's about a buck. I'll donate to the bullet for a scumbag fund.

Ahh, one of the benefits of living in Fl. I always laugh when some of my friends want to move to Cali from here.

Even though I'm in Miami I would like to think the car jacking is slightly less, plus don't have to deal with the bullshit inspection laws, and own lots of guns in my collection.

Living in California does not prevent you from having a large gun collection.

Yes it does. I used to live there. Cannot have title 2 weapons there. None of my pistols are legal for Kali, none of my AR's either.
None of the " fun " guns allowed.

Why are there so many 5th gen Camaro thefts in the Bay area? Is it just one chop shop that is doing all of this or a network of shady shops specializing in high performance 5th gen Camaro parts?

I'm not sure if anyone can or would be willing to answer this on a public forum, but when the cars are stolen, how do the parts get filtered down to the buyers who need the parts?

There has to be a network of wrecking yards that knowingly deal in stolen and illegally obtained auto parts that keeps the process going. With the amount of 5th gen Camaros being stolen in that area, I'm wondering if there may be some kind of master mind criminal enterprise at the top that is responsible for all of this.

Comments?

Omg, so many variables. Extremely high and diverse population. Weather is pretty good, so people enjoy a nice car. Lots of money there. Money for nicer cars. I can see why it would be a big market for criminals. And the home of "bait car". Im sure all those parts get sold on a black market, online auctions, traded for drugs. Who knows.

One of the ways they hinder your 2nd Ammendment right is by limiting your magazine capacity. Since California is so "forward thinking" aka LIBERAL/socialist, why not limit a sports car gas tank to 10 gallons? That'll fix emmision problems... Let's just pass another law because criminal always adhere to the laws... Morons

I believe it's pretty obvious the ZL1's are targeted primarily because of the lsa engines. A lot of ls swaps.
