He is telling me that he has checked the event history and nothing since 12/3 and that sales manager is calling dbc and they keep saying it's turned over To the transport company and when the dbc calls the transport company they can't reach anyone to see what's going on. I requested either to speak with regional GM rep or to get his info for me to contact him which my dealer requested I call customer care. Of course the customer care rep could only see what you and the dealer could see. I nicely asked for a supervisor and when he rep came back on the she had the sales manager at my dealer. At this point he was very apologetic and said he was emailing the regional rep and will call me as soon as he hears back.

I will say I understand this is not the dealers fault nor my sales guys fault it is a GM issue and I try my best to remain calm and polite to everyone I have spoken with.
