Does anyone know when aftermarket wheel options will become available? I got the silver, stuck with it cause I bought mine off showroom floor... give me black, makes summit white exterior pop...

Assuming the lug bolt patterns are the same as the 5th Gen, they are available now.

There are 3 different types of black wheels currently available that come with the 6th gen. You can find pics and descriptions of the 2 premium black wheels here http://www.chevrolet.com/ownership/accessories-1.html select 2016 Camaro and then look for the wheels category. You can buy them from the GM site but they have to be delivered to a dealer and the list of dealers that they can be sent to is limited. There is also a less expensive 5 spoke black wheel that is not listed on the GM site not sure of exact cost tho. You could contact MaureenM@RodgersChevrolet, she is always happy to help with any LPO items, not sure what kind of shipping you would have to pay on wheels tho, so your best bet might be contacting your local dealer.

Any aftermarket wheel will work as long as it has the correct clearance for the break pads and it has the right lug nut pattern. You should be able to find info on exact measurements in the Wheel/tire section on thees forums

Your right about the GM wheels being at a premium price. I can not speak for all dealers but I know MaureenM@RodgersChevrolet would be happy to help and installation would be up to you, she will work with you ether way and the price would be less if you did just want the wheels uninstalled. Not sure how close you are to RodgersChevrolet and not sure what kind of shipping would be needed but those are all things MaureenM could answer. You could also try contacting your local dealer and ask about getting them. One way or another the only way to know for sure on the GM wheels is talking to a dealer.

I wish they were wider, hard to get traction at times.

From what I have seen, they are 5x120. Depending on the offset, you could use Vette wheels and older gen Camaro wheels.

TSW shows wheel fitments for the 2016 Camaro SS. Go to their site and filter by vehicle.

We have already seen wheels that fit the 5th gen, mounted on the 6th...so most likely the majority of them will work.

I'm fairly certain, even the center bore on the 5th gen was the same...(well...I found a post that stated 66.9mm...soo....that's basically 67 right? lol)
