Note the MSRP/Options

For those on this forum that get the chance to view the new Camaro in person whether you take upside down pictures or not (LOL) please take note of the MSRP and options, if possible. Many of us haven't seen them in person and are curious about the real-world pricing. Thank you.

What do you mean? Prices are exActly what you would see on the configurator. Many of the models on lots are practically loaded and mostly autos.

Dealer's order auto trans for a reason: those so equipped are easier to sell. Even the vaunted America's sports car (whose name temporarily escapes me) sells more auto trans than manual trans by a 2 to 1 ratio.

Yes, I realize their are many sites to get the prices. I've been on this forum since August. I just wanted to know what the options are and selling price of the delivered cars either for stock or sold orders. Not all the Camaros are for forum members. For those who haven't seen one at a dealer this request is not for you. Just curious that's all. Thanks...

The only thing you don't see on the Sticker is the built in Hold back fee and the advertising fees.

Here is the MSRP and dealer costs for the options I got. Same price as Becky posted long ago.

you have that right... When someone says to me "your bought a stick shift car?" I say, yes I am not old enough yet to drive an automatic. gets them everytime at my 66 years of age. but it is true. automatics are fine for mini vans and 4 doors not a hot rod.

So people with disabilities and/or permanent damage that cant drive a manual should be driving a minivan or a sedan, not a hot rod?

Im with the other guys, sports cars are meant to have stick shifts!! It just doesn't feel right not having a stick in a Camaro. I used to get asked all the time if my 5th gen was a stick or auto, and auto was never the answer they where looking for lol. Yes I understand that autos out preform sticks thees days and that some ppl may have physical handicaps that may prevent them from driving a stick and no one here is saying there is anything wrong with someone driving an auto if thats what they prefer or need. Its just an old school thing that you grow up with, sports cars and autos just dont mix!!!

It's funny to see this post, as most people who feel this way also feel a V6 or a I4 shouldn't be an option either.

Thanks Sledge. I unknowingly got the gloss black with red stripe. but couldn't change them to low gloss. It was too late. I got everything on that list. As a matter of fact my ordered 2SS lists for just over $53k although I will get a discount off MSRP. I didn't hold back except a couple items weren't available like the splash guards, front splitter, and black SS wheel centers caps.

I can't believe the posts on this thread about the reason some buy the A8. Because they're disabled and can't operate a "stick"! Those statements are BS. I'm sure 99% of car buyers buy the autos because it's easier drive and get better performance not because they're disabled. 70% of all late model Corvettes (C7) are autos. Most of the hyper cars, the really fast ones, are autos. How can you say people buy autos because they're disabled? Look around dum dum!

Lol, I do think a 4 banger in a sports car is also a bit silly but I understand the need to have that option thees days, as for the V6 Iv been driving Camaros for 20 years now, all 4 of them where V6 RS models, was very happy with all of them, tho was never really a fan of the 4th gen look lol We all have our own preferences thats what makes the world so exciting!!
