at least the front plate doesn't get drilled into the bumper. I already told my dealer to not install it yet. I will take care of it.

For sure I'm doing the same thing as with my current car when it comes to the front licence plate... I'm gonna just keep it on the dash... just hate the way it makes the car look

It most definitely is not haha. It gets shipped with the car and the dealer gets the option to put it on.

Some vehicles it may shipped already installed. But Camaros were not like that during the 5th gen.

I have to agree with you... When I talked to a designer at SF FNR event, he clearly told me its not supposed to be completely on the grill. The holes will be on the bumper and the plate will stretch just a little bit into the grill, and the point till which it will reach is already blocked a little bit, so it will fine he said... but with this you are completely obstructing the air..

Question: If you drill the holes on the bumper, will it cause any issues? If people are not planning to put it on the bumper where will you put the front license plate.

On the dash in the front window when I park downtown.

This was the only place I was ever ticketed for not having a front license plate.

Edit: if that doesn't work then I'll pay the fix it ticket. Just like I did with my 4th gen.
