My name is Victweezy, And I build crazy stupid things...
I'm from Las Vegas and I just ordered a 2012 Camaro, that should be here in about 9 more days. It makes me happy to see some NV plates in the picture sections. I swore I would never buy a new car ever again, and then the GF bought a new mustang GT about a year ago... Needless to say my mouth started watering as I've always been into classics, and loved the retro inspired era of pony cars that was hitting the roads again. I was instantly thrust back in the market for a pony car.
Sadly all the SS camaros at that time were still in the crazy high price range, and finally I found a low miles white SS that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Still not what I would call cheap, but I'm a spoiled dork with no debt other than a mortgage payment so why not. The daily driver has been paid off for a good bit of time, so it was time. I'll wrap this up here, as I'm starting to ramble a bit. I do all my own maintenance, build crazy shit (you should see my HHR pick up truck gasser that is ready for the rolling chassis to go under it), build engines, weld shit, all around red neck safety wire and zip tie engineer, and the other, but my real love and what I'm known for around town in sheet metal work. I look forward to meeting new people, and engaging in this incredibly active, and informative forum. |

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.
![]() oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!
