I'd say watch out for the "price as tested", bc I guarantee they aren't going to run the stock v stock in this article... If they do it'll be a shocker. They'll most likely have a performance pack on the gt and have the camaro non pp.

Well, the Camaro doesn't offer a "performance package" yet.

Right probably will be a 2SS NPP/MRC vs a GT Premium PP. This looks like the same Mustang they used in the previous 3 way comparison, which was a Premium PP. Will have to be a manual vs manual comparison since the GT PP is manual only.

This ^

And I don't think anyone here doesn't know what the outcome will be. Camaro will win with ease

If it's the same yellow SS that's been popping up on social media lately that's in Motor Trend's possession, it'll be a 1SS. The interior was seen in a periscope video while they were doing a photo shoot. It didn't have dual zone climate. Maybe they have more than one SS.

Good point, but this would be the first time a base car has been used in these comparisons. I did notice the pic MT has of the Mustang is different than the one they used before. This one has a black painted roof but other did not. Obviously it's a PP with the black wheels.

The Mustang pictured is a 2016, as the black painted roof is a new option. Also, the Performance Package will be available with either black (as shown) or silver wheels.

The mustang definitely has an awesome hue of yellow though with that black roof. I'm trying to picture the Camaro with a black roof now.
I prefer the deeper yellow of the Mustang, too.

I don't really care for the black roof.

I agree. It's as gaudy and out of place as the black vinyl wrapped hoods on the 1LE-optioned 5thGen Camaros. I like the 1LE package from a performance standpoint, but not aesthetically.
