so what do you think...I have about 12 months to get my garage ready for my ZL1?

Im going on the basis that the flowtie is exclusive to the Z/28 and only available for purchase to a Z/28 Vin holding customer. It is not available for purchase otherwise, unless its a grey market.

Definitely a whine to it. Pretty sure we are seeing the ZL1 and 1LE. No Z28 I'm afraid. The ZL1 sounds awesome! Crazy fast! Next year can't get here any sooner. I want one!

Don't know if already mentioned, but the two ZL1's, the one without orange hash marks is an auto, with hash marks is a manual...seems to me after watching several times.

Just because it has a whine I dont necessarily think it will be a ZL1. 427 Z06 became 6.2L LT4 Z06, not the ZR1. 427 Z/28 will become the LT4 Z/28. With the elimination of the 427 LS7 that seems logical. Originally the ZL1 was slated to be the Z/28. The lower valance on the ZL1 even has a Z28 molded into it. I think the ZL1 is dead.

I agree and have been saying it all along. People are whining louder then the blower about the NA motor. Would be nice as an option for the die hard track rats but I don't see it happening. Even more so if Vette comes out with another ZR1, Maybe that 700+hp motor will take the ZL1 name back again.

There is no GT500...no spy shots, no announcements, no nothing regarding a GT500.
