Good price. Wonder why it shows as discontinued.

I recall ten years ago there was an aftermarket HUD briefly available. Like the Garmin it required a transparency on the windshield, I think to avoid the double vision effect of projecting on the two layers of the windshield. By the time I learned about it it was no longer available. Compared to these days, it even more limited functions than the Corvette C5 HUD.
We do not know if NAVDY will actually make it to market since it has been delayed twice now and I think it is supposed to be available in September based on the latest update. Laborsmith |

On the 5th gen you could add the oem HUD. Some what Sure it can be done on the 6 gen. If you have to pay someone shop rate it maybe better to get the 2SS. Or 1ss now and upgrade to HUD as budget allows?

If you want a V8 without leather, your only "factory" option is a 1SS.

Good finds. Not Iris works for me: my rear view mirror often vibrates at a stop because of the sub and definitely while at speed. I need to follow up with u-sense one.
Thanks, Laborsmith |

The RS package is standard on the SS correct? My dealer asked me If I wanted the RS package. I told him it was standard on the SS. He told me no and I told him he was mistaken but that got me nowhere because of his ego. What equipment or parts are included in the RS package? Is a RPO code or such listed for the RS package? We made a small wager on if the RS package is standard on the SS.
Thanks in advance for the responses. |

RS RPO is WRS. It is only available on the LT trims. Includes 20" wheels, HID headlamps, LED tail lamps, an RS specific grille and a deck lid mounted lip spoiler.
Per Chevy media, the SS is already equipped with what would be the "RS" appearance package so there is no "RS" RPO in the Order Guide for the SS trim. Laborsmith |
