I'm not one of those "a kid shouldn't have a nice car for his first car" or "a teenager shouldn't have a sports car" type of people.. but no kid should be driving a Lamborghini for their first car.

Why do many of the ultra rich seem so stupid? Is making money the only thing they know? If that guy had to even ask the question or it ever crossed his mine, he's a dump ass.

If you have to ask the internet about making decisions about cars for your own offspring tis a saddening day.
We as human beings as a whole are progressively becoming dumber...

I wish that I could ask questions like that... but my tax bracket only allows me to ask things like whether or not anybody has a free car that I could help my kid fix up to street- legal status.

I think he should give it to me and I'll give his son my truck which is much safer, being the good Samaritan that I am.

Depends on their personality. Kylie Jenner now has a 458 Italia. It's not like she hasn't had access to a powerful exotic before. If it's from your own collection then maybe let him drive it every so often, but limits the time and location it's used. Then for every day usual driving get something more practical , cheaper, and less powerful like a ZL1.... gosh rich people. No but really you want cool and exotic that's not as powerful as you may think and pretty darn cheap. Get a Ferrari 360 or 90's F355 only $70,000 and not a car for a crazy teen. Lol

Only 1 reason to give your kids such a car
I my opinion, there is literally only one reason why a parent would give their kid a car with that much power for their first car. That reason is plain and simple that they do not like their kid and want to get rid of him.

Its mostly a showoff question.
If I had the money, I'd be taking racing/driving lessons with my kid. So he really knew how to drive. Then give him a beater to get the accidents and stupidity out of his system first. |
