Yes they will stack together. Keep in mind no incentive or
Purchase programs have been announced yet
I expect that they will but it's a wait and see at this point

Hi becky
Im new to the forum
I was wondering if dealerships in US can export cars to other countries. Because dealers here sell cars about 30000 $ more expensive then the original MSRP in US

In the sense you are asking, the answer is no.

Now if you have a position, say you are a bird colonel in the US Army, she can but it does not count as an answer to your question.

That response was kind of uncalled for, especially as someone "new to the forum".
By the time you posted, it was 10pm EST which is Becky's timezone(ie. its late there), so laborsmith was just trying to expedite you an answer based on his experience and knowledge, Im sorry it wasnt one to your liking, but exports to other countries can be REALLY tricky, especially to the middle east.
If you ONLY wanted Becky to answer, then a PM would work better, but you posted on a public forum, where others can see and comment, so you have to expect and accept that others may have an answer for you, even if its one you dont like. Telling others to MYOB simply doesnt work, in public forums, and frankly makes you look like a giant douche, as a fellow newish poster, Its not an image I would want to cultivate and I dont want you to head down that path either man.
Given all that, Im sure Becky will be along in the morning to answer your question herself, so hang tight bud.

I agree a PM would be a good idea.

The question being raised and for anyone who might be interested, GM has particular rules regarding purchase for export and is diligent in adhering to them. Many may not realize that there are people, citizens of the US or not, who can not take a retail new delivery from a GM franchised dealer, apparently for either going around or attempting to go around said rules. In case you are wondering, yes a list of names is kept available for dealers as to those names.

It is my understanding that a dealership's franchise can be placed in jeopardy for violating these rules. I am not an attorney nor have I personally ever been involved in such a transaction so what is contained in this post is hearsay and should be read as such. On the other hand, a quick telephone call to your dealership of choice would be a good step to obtaining a more informed answer.

Or a Personal Message. Or an email. Whatever works for whomever has a question.

And I almost did not answer but it was late and as active as Becky is there is a good chance she will not see this thread unless specifically prompted, and it was a question with a fairly straightforward answer. I likely should have suggested the quester direct the question in a more appropriate manner but I did not.

Hawaii is the 50th state that makes up the USA.

As I said, there are particular situations where a new car can be purchased in the USA from any GM franchised dealer and shipped overseas but these situations are not considered to be exports.

I'll be giving you a ring at the first of the year Becky. I live in Cleveland and when I ordered my 2010 the dealership I went to would not honor my supplier discount despite honoring others that has purchased from them.

So I'm not even gonna bother with them this time around.

Life can be good when residing in Fantasyland - at least until the bubble bursts.
