It's basically that but more rules. Start with Tic Tac Toe game, it's easy to learn AI. Once you're comfortable, you can move on to Chess AI. When you mastered that, try video games (MMORPG, RTS) AI. Eventually you can move to conversational AI. boundary AI (Like a Roomba) When you've aced it, try putting all of that together to simulate AI of a human brain. |

2-year degree in Networking and Computer Administration
Cisco Certified Networking Associate (lapsed) Microsoft Certified Systems Analyst (probably Legacy status by now) A+ General nerdery Couldn't find a job out of college so I defaulted to my hobby of cars to get a job to pay bills. It was too easy, and it morphed into a career that I loathe.

It depends on your application. Whether you're developing for OS, Web, or hardware.

I am a complete computer dumb ass, I can turn it on and use the programs I need. Sad as I am a molecular biology scientist, but I just never got computers.
Still, I respect that people are and I rely on them. If anyone here has good knowledge on either beefing up a wifi network for a house that somehow adsorbs all signal or thoughts on getting a second hardline for my house, I am all ears.....

A repeater or extender? I can't setup some weird address thingy so maybe I could pay someone to do it.

+1 on the extender in your case. You can even have BestBuy do it for you most likely if you can't.

I've been using this for over 4 years now. It's call power-line network kit. It allows you to use your electrical outlet as a 10/100/1000 network communication without drilling or running wires all over your home. The one that i'm using is from CISCO. It offers signal from on gigabits network. This is important because you won't be able to go faster than 25MBPS on conventional 10/100. You'll also need to use Cat-6 cables or Cat-5e. Basically which ever room you need a connection, you can plug one of these in and you're set ![]() There are currently no wireless module for the gigabit network. |

It makes life that much easier and it doesn't damage the property like conventional drilling and running cables around the house. Several hours of work reduced to mere minutes. |
