On the color chip, under the lights at the reveal, the mosaic black looked very similiar to the Carbon Flash Metallic on my 45th ann..

Dodge does something similar in the Challenger - they have Pitch Black which is a non-metallic solid black paint and also Phantom Black which has a high metallic content.

I bet they both look outstanding on this car... But after 4 black cars (including 2 5th gens), count me in the "I am done" crowd. I bought my "obtainable dream car" (C7) in Laguna Blue, and it really is amazing how much longer it stays looking clean than black does. Also, I can actually touch the car without pot holders if it has to sit in the summer sun for any length of time. Very useful when I go to remove the (body color) targa panel on a sunny day.
 At any rate, fans of black Camaros should rejoice... now you have two options! |

I may have to change from always having all white cars to the Hyper Blue or Mosaic Black now. What ever happened to the days of having only a few choices?
