1996 Vintage Sam Adams Triple Bock. It's a touch past it's prime but tasty. I have 2 left to drink this year.

Can't wait! Tonight there is a special cask release of Insight Brewing's Blackberry Saison at my local bar. If you are unfamiliar with Insight they are a fairly new Minneapolis brewery, like months old. I believe they will be as big as Surly. They have great beers. Their Door County Cherry Saison is unbelievable. And their Curiosity IPA is my wife's favorite IPA, and that is saying something. These guys have some big things coming up as well in the next year.

Love that stuff. I can't get it here any more, out of season now.

I was picking up a sixer of Leinie's Summer Shandy when I saw their...Grapefruit Shandy. It's pretty damn good. Starting to like Leinenkugel a lot in general. Their Sunset Wheat is great with a meal.

I make my own beer and usually have 10-15 gallons around the house of a couple different brews in 5 gallon kegs.

But I was at the grocery store the other day and picked up a six pack of Guiness Blonde. Its a nice clean tasting beer.

Yes they do. I had my first "drink by" in Duck, NC (last spring, 2014) and it was great. I got a free pint glass to boot!

My favorite is the oaked arrogant bastard ale. It's kick ass!
