Oh sh1t. I'm confusing Cameron and Ridley with the Alien and Aliens thing. Bah, I may have to cross this one off my list.

Yeah, I've done the same thing.. It is Cameron who directed Aliens and Titanic...Ridley directed Alien and Gladiator..

I hate to say this, but when I went to Titanic- and the ship upends and the guys fall down and one of them hits their head on that metal thing and it makes a big 'gong' sound...I started laughing and had to stifle it. My wife was so pissed at me.

just saw the 15min 3d preview tonight in the theater

it looks awesome than we could have ever imagined, just flawless. even better, the story seems real intriguing.

my friend works for fox studios here in los angeles and met a couple of the cast members for this movie including the director he tells me fox is very strict on people trying to pirate this movie and they have gone way over board with making this movie top secret, he has been there for a couple of years and he says that with so much security that this movie is going to be insane, he was there for the score of the movie and said due to again security issues that this movie is going to rock. i just saw the trailer today and he seems to be right.

When you said Avatar, I thought about the kids cartoons "Last of the Air Bender". I know they are making one about it as well. The trailer looks cool. This Avatar movie looks like a home rental to me. Just saying
