The thing with real car guys is that we generally all respect one another and tend to be fairly boring. These films involve heists, races, and police pursuits. I don't think anyone wants to watch 90 minutes of guys in lawn chairs showing off dyno sheets and chrome in place of stunts and explosions.

It would be nice to see a series with more halo cars and less sport compacts.

This movie....if you think about it, launched the street racing scene to another level. It also had every Honda owner spending $250 for an Apexi can and then those same Honda owners thinking it made them run heads up with a Camaro SS. haha. Those were the days. Love the series tho.

I would like to see more racing also however in the beginning racing,hijacking,cops,guns, and girls were all part of the movie starting with the first one. They just moved toward more with crime, cops, hijacking while driving/displaying nice cars and doing crazy maneuvers.
