I have as much excitement and passion for the 2016 Camaro SS as anyone else on here. I love my C6 and I have been an admitted die hard Corvette fan since 1997. If I didn't already have a C6, I would buy a C7 this year, just with no options and add a blower and headers myself. It's just that all the recent release from GM have failed my expectations and requirements. That's just being an honest, impartial and educated "car guy" and not just a fan boi. If you think I'm the only one that thinks that Corvette/Caddy need DCT, and that all of these cars should have performance AWD as an option, I'm not alone. |

I see the knuckledraggers have clearly displayed their IQ for all. Good work.
Did you clowns even realize that recently you could buy what was basically a new AWD Camaro SS with a warranty? http://www.drive.com.au/Editorial/Ar...rticleID=43724 http://www.hsv.com.au/Gen-F/see/hsv-...Z&Model=Coupe4 http://www.supercars.net/cars/2938.html ![]() ![]() ![]()

Too bad I'm not in Australia and it isn't 2006. Otherwise I could get one.

It's funny to me the clowns posting trailer park humor had no idea this GM car and drivetrain even existed. |

Put yourself into a position where you can actually afford to make this happen and then I'll be happy to show you how it can be done. Until then, I'll let you go back to being passive aggressive about cars you can't afford.

You cannot import a RHD car that is newer than 25 years old, U.S. law prohibits it. That is why you don't see Utes running around that are not a custom job using a wrecked G8. The AWD system was not adaptable to LHD because the transfer case and front drive shaft were set to run along the left side of the engine...right where the steering mechanism goes. Pretty laughable that every time you get corrected or called out for posting something incorrect, you resort to insults. |

Considering I work with auto importers and exporters for a living, there is more than 1 way to skin a cat. Kudos to you for actually knowing about the hurdles faced with the Coupe4. Credit given when it's deserved. 4th contact? I don't allow anyone to contact my anus. But, what you and your domestic partner do in your private life is your business. Good luck with that. I hope he's gentle for your sake. Insults?

I realize we likely never see an AWD Camaro. That does not mean that it would not be a good idea. Sports cars struggle with having consistently strong sales. When the economy dips, the first vehicles to feel it are sports cars. The reason is they are second and third vehicles for many people and especially for those that live in 4 season conditions, which is 2/3s of North America. Make it an option on certain models and you now have a car that is much easier to justify as a year round daily driver. Many people drive these cars because they look awesome, they don't care how much the car weighs, that AWD might effect its track performance. Just make it easier to justify the purchase and you will sell even more. Dodge brought out the Hellcat, it is a statement car, with little practicality. However it shows innovativeness and a ballsy attitude. Chevy could show innovativeness, and a ballsy attitude in a car that is absolutely practical. I think it would cause the entire category to rethink itself. It is a positive way to separate yourself from the rest of the pack (especially in the Winter).
