Anyone know where a person might find a spare tire/wheel that will fit a 2014 Buick Lacrosse?

My grandparents just got a Lacrosse as a gift from my father and uncle to replace their aging LeSabre. However like many cars now there is not a spare tire, but a compressor and tire slime in place of the spare.

My grandfather wants a spare tire and wheel in there and does not want to be left on the side of the road with a blow out, etc..

I was thinking that maybe a spare for a 13 might fit but I have no idea if it would or not. Also perhaps another compact spare from another gm fwd car might fit such as a Malibu?
