2009 ZO6 Just beautiful
It's hard to add goodies to perfection but GM always manages to do so. While I may not be too keen on the new style of wheels, that color is perfect for me. The color is Cyber Gray Metallic, and also has a Blade Silver Metallic sibling. With the deletion of Machine Sliver Metallic, the Z06 exterior color palette now stands at nine colors.
Several trim and content changes are incorporated on the 2009 Z06. They include: * New, "spider"-design 10-spoke Z06 wheel available in four versions: Sparkle Silver, Competition Gray and chrome * Color-keyed door and instrument panels with red and titanium interiors * Power-operated pull-down hatch now standard * Gray stitching on Ebony base seats (previously red) * New door sill plates with the Z06 logo * Acoustic package standard on all Z06 models The Z06 also receives a larger-capacity dry-sump oiling system. It upgrades to the 10.5-quart (9.9 liters) system of the new ZR1. The previous oil system held eight quarts (7.5 liters). She's so darn pretty, still my dream car...hopefully someday there will be one of these parked next to my 5th gen |

Oh, Sweet Mother!
That looks VERY similar to that grey on the ZR-1. A sibling, you say? I can't wait to see that color. |

Very nice!
I like that they haven't changed the styling too much. And the wheels are beautiful. (Being a "detailer" on the side, one of the 1st things I notice are the wheels, and how easy/difficult they will be to maintain...the new wheels look great and look to be easy maintenance. ) Whomever is in charge of the styling at GM, they're doing a great job! |

I Love those wheels! not that I didn't like the previous wheels. I think I want my Camaro in that color too.

Those things on the front are nothing really...just plastic honeycomb covering the radiator. On the sides, the front scoops allow the engine to breathe more and the ones in the rear take in cold air and vent it on to the rear brakes.

Are the wheels the only exterior styling difference? It looks great.
