My friend got a 5 cent raise one year and she was like really that is an insult. I wish they would have just not given me one and just said we are not getting raises this year. That same year I got almost a $2 raise.

yeah I am really hoping it was just a title change, but it should have at least been 3%-5% and that would have been pushing it for me.

Definitely not a title change. When I was an Analyst there were also Lead Analysts and now that I am a Lead Analyst there are still Analysts so def a promotion.
