It's a stable release, you just get it early. The last update was the same thing that everyone else got at a later date.

Ok, I got forza and it was telling me to adjust my screen so I can see something in the bottom black box. So I go to calibrate HDTV in the display settings and it can't adjust anything. I can only hit next. But when I finish, it tells me I'm now done adjusting the settings, or something to that effect.

Another issue...put in the movie "land before time". The audio worked. I cod hear the music, water noises, Sarah's yelling when she's about to charge, but I can't hear any talking. It's the oddest thing. Went to title menu and made sure English was set. But it makes no sense to be able to hear everything in the movie, except the talking.

Sounds like a DVD issue, but who knows lol.

Speaking of Forza, I just finished the 2.4 hours of Nurburgring and did a total of 280 Miles in the time and finished 5th out of 17.

Check the DVD for any scratches, I'm a bit ashamed to admit this, but I smacked my 360 one night when I was getting slaughtered in Halo 4. Put a nice scratch in the disc and lost half the audio.

I have knocked over a 360 while playing a game on accident once and lets just the disc lost a little more than just audio. There was a perfect circle scratched into the disk.

When the hell does that happen? I just finished the top set of races and just finished the D Class races on the bottom row.

I hate the Nurburgring... track drives me crazy. I guess because I don't know it too well yet but 2.4 hours of b it and I'll lose my mind.

Just got an xbox one and finally upgraded into the next generation. At 399$ with no kinect, the price was finally right. Love this thing, the controller is awesome, console looks slick and titanfall is a great game.

one question though- i'm used to my xbox 360 being dead quiet, and my xbox one makes a slight fan noise even in standby. Is this normal? Can't be too safe with these things. new consoles are almost always ticking timebombs.

I hadn't even touched the ring before I did that event lol. It was s multiplayer event done on live, so it's not part of the career.

The track was the Nordshelife (no clue how to spell it) + the GT circuit so it was a challenge especially since it was also my first time behind the wheel of a P class car.


But it was fun and definitely an experience. One of these days I will go around the ring in real life lol.

Figured. Mine started making sounds as if it was grinding... brought it back to the store today. New one is dead silent. I thought the box of the last one looked a little dinged up. Better safe then sorry.
