tapping in engine

My 2010 Camaro RS started tapping on the driver's side near the area of the lifters/injectors after the dealer power flushed the injectors. On idle it is not noticeabele until you take off in first, thru the rest of the gears. I put in STP oil treatment, but the tap remains. Do you think Zmax will help? The dealer says it the common tap made by a lot of Camaro's....Drives me crazy and it sounds like a junk car. HELP anyone?

Looks like your car is a manual....this thread deals with the afm lifters in the auto...I don't think there is a tsb for the manual cars lifters....and not the v6
