I`m not sure if the OP means new/current cars but my choice would be a 70 Hemi Cuda or 70 AAR Cuda, had an AAR, nice car.

At the time of buying my 1LE, I probably would have gone for a Boss 302. After the Stingray was revealed, though, that would definitely be my #1 choice right now.
