Bowled the worst last night. Can't remember bowling this low since starting back up bowling 5 yrs. ago. I felt great last night don't drink when I bowl. They double oiled the lanes on the back end. Right lane no problem strikes or 9 pins pocket hits. Left lane Moved up on release- moved back-moved right -moved left changed balls 3 times. Tried throwing faster-tried slowing down. We took 2 games plus total pins. Now to my game scores 136-165-175=475

THE most frustrating night of the year. A 20 strike night with 9 opens made up of 7 splits and two whiffed 10-pins - both of which were (of course) the result of what looked like hammered pocket hits. A stone-8 (almost two) and a pocket 7-10 were just icing on the shit-cake. A 560 series, another pin off my average, and we gave up second place. F**k bowling!

Shot 609 with a 258 my last game LOL. Average has taken a big dump.

But ended up pot bowling with 4 people after league and took home an extra $25. I'll take it!

And in pot bowling shot 256 (W) 214 (L) 198 (L) and 237 (W)

Well showed up today for are make up game. We started are 3 minutes of practice guy on left lane stuck on the approach fell down over fowl line fell in gutter cut is arm. They came up and cleaned the lane every thing was going good. Are lead off man started on left lane he stuck and stumbled gutter ball. I was next up after they cleaned the lane again. I tried a practice approach no sticking now. Lined up for my turn to shoot. Didn't slide stuck again went down thru my back out. Had to have my son come after me. They shut the lane down only 12 lane alley. They continued bowling haven't heard the results of who won what.

Damn. I hate an inconsistent approach surface.

I have the different levels of slide pad for my left foot but when the lane is sticking it's sticking.

Sucks to hear.

Thats why I plant. I have no slide what so ever. Im not leaving my game in the hands of $7/hr kid that cleans the approach once a day.

I slide too much. But going to a much more planted step. Not on purpose but revamping my entire game is causing me to be default. Probably better that way. I'm not getting any younger. hahaha

Could be worse. On 3 seperate occasions I needed mid to high 230 games in the third for 800 series. I guess pressure get's to me. I even started this last season with 280, 288, and started the third game XXX9/XX ....... and did NOT shoot my 800. 2 Splits one of them the tenth. Biggest choke job EVER.

Did get 20 strikes in a row though. haha

Not all that bad tonight 4 first time back since back injury. Way off of average 168-172-177=517. Had to have back brace on couldn't do high back swing w/fast speed release. Only could average 14 1/2 mph. usually throw 17 to 18.
