Quick question, how did the seibon trunk fit? Was it worth it?

Where did u trade it in? I'm looking to buy a new console too
Seibon Trunk fits amazing! By far the best thing I have ever added to my car. Closing the trunk makes you feel like the hulk, I have to remember to be gentle since it's so light.

Fits perfect though, lots of photos of it in my build thread. But yes I would get one again without hesitation.

I just went to Gamestop since I knew I would be buying games down the road anyways. Plus I wanted to unload all my games without the hassle of sitting on them for too long.

Hope those accounting classes go smooth.. I finish all mine.. taking my senior seminar class now. On aside note, where could I get side gills in vinyl? I need them to match the red from the 45th anniversary edition.. also, what red is that? I need some paint to match it too..

Cool, I want a carbon fiber trunk and hood bad . They definitely are pricey though

I want to say it's the regular victory red but not sure. Might help to ask in their forum.

No one said you couldn't make good power. Just that you may need more fuel for 500 rwhp

http://www.bigwormgraphix.net/2010CamaroMisc.htm I'm sure they could make you some red ones. I went with the #2 style and think they look awesome, easy to install too

The trunk is totally worth the price though. But I have wanted this for 3 years too but it's one of those things that you think is amazing and then it doesn't disappoint when you actually get it. I love it just as much as I thought I would.

CF Hood if you leave it exposed would be cool but very expensive for only shedding under 2 pounds. But I went aftermarket hood anyways so who am I to talk lol

something I've learned about carbon fiber. after you buy it. you want to put an extra clear coat on it. and then you probably want to clear it every other year. depending on how much sun it sees, maybe every 3 years. unless of course, you paint over it. lol

I've seen a ton of cars who put carbon fiber on their cars, and don't take care of them. they turn out looking like crap after a few years.

Yep, clear over carbon is carbons best friend.

That's why I just paint over it, no need to worry about yellowing and still light as air while looking almost stock lol

Yea, I really like the rk sport carbon fiber trunk with their integrated spoiler. Looks great in my opinion. And I definitely want the vis ams hood. My thing is I would want to keep it exposed carbon fiber. At least for awhile. I know some like painting it to look stock but to me if you paid so much for it, might as well display it. If I painted it I'd at least find a way to show off some of the carbon

Yeah that is a nice looking trunk, and quite a bit more expensive then the one I got lol But on your car exposed carbon would look good, just get it cleared so it doesn't yellow.

For me exposed carbon wouldn't look good on my orange car hence me painting it.

They weren't running that good of a tune though, and not sure if anyone is running this setup now since that was over a year and a half ago. The LLT is very tricky in lasting with FI that's why our options of kits that actually don't make everything explode are very limited. And another reason that I focus my build elsewhere for the time being in hopes that a better tuning/fueling solution comes along

If you read their thread they later went on to say that the dyno was malfunctioning so it gave inflated figures. Not to mention I probably would not go with hps as the best example to follow considering they blew up countless cars. Including the second v6 test car. The car in that vid is hunterv6s car and if im not mistaken, he redid the whole system as well as had to find another tuning solution because trifecta quit on him.

Yea its a little more expensive but I've seen some vendors sell it for less so hopefully they still do when I order.

Rockers are installed, going to install the splitter when I get off work.

The gloss black looks really good.
