What are the coolant temps like with these turbo kits in the middle of the summer in bumper to bumper traffic?

Not the same kit but I'm sure it's similar. My experience is between 198-201 with the a/c on in 98 degree heat with the stock manifold. With uncoated headers I noticed about another 5-7 degrees higher. With the fans coming on earlier then stock the coolant temp is generally lower than stock.

I know Kevin drove his car through 115+ weather and even let me borrow it for a week in the summer when it was 110+ out. A/C was cold and car had no heat issues.
2 or 3 intercooler sizes are offered if that is an issue and all hot parts are ceramic coated.
