Very nice car cover!

Happy Ground Hog Day & Superbowl Sunday. We are off to pick up a few things, eat out & get back in plenty of time for the pre-game events. The ground hog will not be seeing any shadow here today as it is cloudy ahead of rain/sleet/snow we are expecting to start by evening. Have a nice day everyone.

Superbowl = boring. But congrats Seahawks fans.

We had a pretty good day though. Schools have already called closed & even Ft Campbell non-essential workers are to report to work 2 hours late and as of this moment not a bit of frozen precip has fallen, just rain. But it is supposed to change to frezzing rain at about midnight then to sleet & finally snow but only about an inch or so expected. However it does not take much freezing rain to cause a mess. I'm okay with it though. I don't have any early clients scheduled anyway (how in the heck did that happen? That never happens.). Soooooooooooo, I guess I'm going to work late tomorrow after the temp & traffic clear the roads.

I couldn't stop watching though. But yeah, boring Superbowl. I was rooting for Seattle, but they had the game under control.

People really freak out way too early around here. All those schools called out closed last night in anticipation of frozen precipitation that never really happened. Not a flake of snow here. A few places got a dusting. At most an hour delay would have sufficed. When I was a kid there could be a huge snow & I'd be up & dressed & about to get on the bus before the would call schools closed.

Ruby Too wants to be a lap bunny this morning which is unusual & nice. Got to run & get ready for work. HAGD

Camaro5 is weird this morning from long waits to change pages & "page not found" messages to triple posts. Oh well. Bye for now.

Very nice, I have one too, just don't use it unless the car is clean!

I'll be 53 tomorrow and as much as I'd like to think I am not old I get reminded of it every time I look in the mirror. I collect a pension but continue to work so I can spoil my kids,(26 & 29) because they deserve it. I hope to be a pop pop this year if all goes well for my daughter and I can't wait. That being said I know I am old and I don't try to pretend I am not. I had my days as a young person and get much joy out of watching young people that are full of energy and spunk. I hope to keep my Camaro in mint condition and hand it over to my first grandchild when he or she is old enough to drive.

Don't be conned into feeling old by that guy in the mirror or by the need to do the math - you're still young enough to bring that 1LE out to one of NJMP's track days. Several experience levels are available, and one of them should fit you and how hard you're willing to drive that car.

You'll get a real kick out of being "pop-pop". Trust me on this.
